Not This Time (Revised) Nov 13, 2016 – Matthew Moore (Slight Winds)

After great feedback from some very creative people, I have made a few changes.  It has a quicker introduction, a defined B section, better recording, and an overall shorter version.  I think I am going to leave it alone at this point for awhile and concentrate upon some other creations that I am working on.   Looks like about a six to eight week time frame to get one of this songs right.  Finally I do like aspects of both versions so I will keep them posted, but overall I think the second version is better and more defined.  Thanks for all the feedback.  Keep it coming.  It is nice to know that I am not dead yet.

French Suite No. 5 in G Major, BWV 816: IV. Gavotte

Slight Winds recently published its first for profit recording under the name “A Slight Breeze”.   This digital recording saxophonist performed a unique interpretation of J.S. Bach’s French Suite No. 5 in G Major, BWV 816: IV. Gavotte.  Using the Pro Tools Suite, an M-Audio Box, and music theory concepts, the saxophone voices of two altos and a tenor create a dance like atmosphere of the Bach era.  This unique interpretation from the Bach era maintains the bold rich sounds of the saxophone voices that one would hear in great quartets of the day. You can sample and hopefully purchase this at iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, Google Play, and many other venues for your listening pleasure.

Currently published under the name A Slight Breeze (Will soon be Slight Winds see about section for more information.)
